Spacious 4BR Oasis | Comfort in Masdar City

A lovely property and great experience overall, but early morning maintenance should be scheduled later to avoid dis Positive: Everything Negative: There was glass cleaning taking place from 5:30 a.m., which caused significant disturbance due to the early start. As we were on vacation, we had gone to bed late the previous night and were planning to rest until at least 8:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the noise woke us much earlier than expected and disrupted our stay.

Our EID Holidays Stay at Oasis 2 Positive: The unit is located in the 9th floor and have a nice view. It has 4 rooms and with individual bathrooms which is comfortable for all the guests. There is a separate room outside located beside the main hall which is also nice for gatherings. The swimming pool is good and we enjoy it since the location/building has less number of occupancies. There is also a nearby play area for the kids as well as half basketball court for the adults to play with. Masdar City Center is very near and just need to cross on the streets if you need to buy some foods or stuffs. Negative: When we arrived in the unit, there is some unpleasant odor which you can smell on the entire unit. The washroom smells also like sewage. It seems that the unit is not properly cleaned or sanitized before we arrive. I suggest at least to install some air freshener in the unit and check the drainage properly. The Aircondition unit specially in the Main Hall was a bit hot though we already set it to lower temperature but still it is hot and we felt uncomfortable.

Excellent for group of friends or large family with kids Positive: The unit is spacious and excellent choice for big family or group of friends. The unit’s interior design is well thought of. Kudos to the owner who decided to add a kids room with unique bed design (with slide). Amenities like shampoo, shower gel, dental kits, etc is complete for each guest. Negative: We are a group of 6 people, however, towels are 4 pcs only.

Negative: Manque de propreté et surtout des travaux à faire niveau salle de bain (fuite d’eau)
